Our fresh goat cheese logs are more dense and more flavorful because we press more whey out. Let them warm a bit and they will turn into a creamy heavenly Chevre spread. Our euro styled butter, made from rich Jersey cow cream is cultured overnight to achieve peak flavor and aroma. We churn and texture in small batches to achieve the maximum possible 86% butterfat content so valued by cooks. The addition of California sea salt completes a butter that has become one of our top hits. Also available in the black cup with black truffles.
