A larger outlet operated by farm personnel, the park slope shop offers hundreds of food artisan products in addition to the entire line of valley shepherd cheeses.

The farm shop is a where it all started and remains a major attraction for repeat customers and tourists from all over the tri state area.

We attend many weekly farmer markets in NY and NJ.

Our Philadelphia outpost features a retail cheese counter with your favorite Valley Shepherd aged and fresh dairy products. Retail Manager Zeke Ferguson stocks a selection of other farmstead creameries from the Northeast United States.

Cheesemaker Jamie Png makes a clothbound cheddar and a raw milk stilton-style blue, as well as hand-stretched fresh mozzarella daily.
