• Classes include cheese tasting and historical overview
• Classes can be held any day or evening except for Tuesday or Friday subject to availability.
• For 6 people or less, classes are held in the Valley Shepherd cheese making room.
• For more than 6 people, classes will be held in the Rick Nichols Room in the market (the room between Tubby Olive and La Cucina).
• For 10 people or less, the class is $75/person
• For 11 and up to 16 people, the class is $59.99/person
• For 17 and up to 30 people, the class is $49.99/person
• If you would like the class to happen after market business hours (The market closes at 6pm), it will be an extra $10/person for security costs to the market.
